Jenny Lavey is a dynamic HR leader with over 20 years of experience cultivating joyful workplaces that drive tangible business success. Her expertise spans change management, employee engagement, and leadership development across diverse sectors, from healthcare to higher education. Jenny's unique approach blends strategic business acumen with a dose of humor, empowering teams to leverage individual strengths and achieve outstanding results. Known for asking insightful questions and envisioning the future of work, she's passionate about building thriving organizational cultures. Holding a Master's in Applied Communications and SPHR certification, Jenny is also a certified coach in Gallup CliftonStrengths, 3 Vital Questions, Dare to Lead, and Coactive Coaching (CTI). Beyond the boardroom, this Colorado-based fitness enthusiast and music lover is a certified cycling instructor, dedicated to empowering others to overcome obstacles. Her only fear? Not having enough time to pet all the dogs!

Her holistic approach is rooted in fostering trust and building personalized connections, evidenced by her expertise in culture assessments, leadership development, and performance management. A certified Co-Active Coach and Dare to Lead Trained professional, Sarah empowers leaders to create workplaces where individuals flourish. Beyond her professional achievements, Sarah's journey as a cancer survivor and marathon enthusiast fuels her purpose-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. Holding a Master's in Organizational Leadership, a Bachelor's in Biology, and SHRM certification, Sarah brings both strategic insight and genuine human connection to every partnership. Residing in Colorado, she's dedicated to living life to its fullest, one mile at a time.
