Her expertise spans change management, employee engagement, and leadership development across diverse sectors, from healthcare to higher education. Jenny's unique approach blends strategic business acumen with a dose of humor, empowering teams to leverage individual strengths and achieve outstanding results. Known for asking insightful questions and envisioning the future of work, she's passionate about building thriving organizational cultures. Holding a Master's in Applied Communications and SPHR certification, Jenny is also a certified coach in Gallup CliftonStrengths, 3 Vital Questions, Dare to Lead, and Coactive Coaching (CTI). Beyond the boardroom, this Colorado-based fitness enthusiast and music lover is a certified cycling instructor, dedicated to empowering others to overcome obstacles. Her only fear? Not having enough time to pet all the dogs!
